TAMIL NADU:-
Tamil Nadu, a southern state of India is prominent for its temples, ancient dance forms, classical music and tourism. Along with all this cuisine (food) here are illustrious which can easily attract people to come and taste.
Some famous dishes of here are as follows-
* Idli/Idly - The dish is very well-known and the key ingredients are Urad dal and rice. It is made by steaming a batter ( prepared by fermentation).
* Sambar - A vegetable stew made with mixed vegetables, tamarind and sambar powder. It is usually eaten with idli.
* Uttapam - It is eaten in breakfast with chutney or sambar and can be prepared with idli batter . It's topping is done with mixed vegetables which makes the cuisine overall healthy.
* Rasam - A soup having key ingredients as tamarind, garlic, tomato, jaggery and some spices which gives it a spicy-sweet-sour taste.
* Murukku - Typically made from rice flour, salt , oil, urad dal and consumed with either tea or coffee. It is a amalgamation of good taste and shape.
JAMMU AND KASHMIR UT
On the other hand J&K is a UT in India which is located in northern part of the country. It is famed for its natural beauty, temples, lakes, Kashmir valley (referred as Paradise on Earth).
Jammu and Kashmir is also very famous for it's mouthwatering cuisine and some of them are mentioned below as follows-
* Kaladi kulcha - The food is well-known among jammu people and is originated from Udhampur. It is Mozzarella like cheese which is prepared either from goat or cow milk and garnished with the aid of cooked vegetables.
* Khatta Meat - An upshot of the Dogra dynasty and basically a preparation of mutton interpret by its gravy which tastes sour.
* Kashmiri Polao - Principally a commixture of rice and fruits along with sugar and milk which makes the dish to look colourful and delicious.
* Rogan Josh - A very popular dish which is prepared with red meat along with spices and usually served with plain rice.
