Extension Of Corona Curfew in District Reasi from 24—05-2021 (Monday) 7:00 AM to 31-05-2021 (Monday) 7:OOAM.

 

Reasi- In continuation to this office order No.: 02.DC (RSi) of 2021 Dated: 16-05-2021 under endorsement No: DM/Rsi/20-21/JC/930-51 Dated: 16-05-2021 and in exercise of the powers vested in me under section 34 Of the National Disaster Management Act, 2005 and section 2 of the Epidemic Diseases Act 1897, I, Charandeep Singh, RAS, District Magistrate, Reasi & Chairman, District Disaster Management Authority, Reasi do hereby order that;

(i) There shall be extension of "Corona Curfew" in the entire jurisdiction of District Reasi w.e.f. 24-05-2021 (Monday) 7:00 AM to 31-05-2021 (Monday) 07:00 AM.

(ii) The restrictions as imposed vide order No. DM/Rsi/20-2i/JC/766-790 Dated: 0905-2021 shall continue till further orders.

(iii) There Shall be no movement of public and vehicles in the district without a valid e-pass issued by the District Magistrate, Reasi except in the cases where exemptions have been given vide order No. DM/Rsi/21-22DC/872-89t Dated: 12-05-2021.

Further,

(i) Vegetables/ Fruit shops shall continue to open from 9:00 AM to 01:00 PM.

(ii) Dairy/Poultry/Bakery products shall continue to open from 7:00AM to

11:00 AM.

(iii) Grocery/Karyana/Jewellery Shops shall continue to open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00AM to 01:00 PM.

(iv) Dry fruit shops shall be allowed to open on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 6:00 PM to 8;00 PM for the purpose Of stock checking and transportation Of the stock to cold storages only. NO sale Of the Dry fruits Shall be allowed.

(v) Cloth, Readymade Garment, Shoes and Chappal stores shall be allowed to open on Thursday from 05:00 PM to 7:00 PM for stock checking only.

(vi) Mobile shops, Electrical Appliances shops, Book and Stationery shops shall be allowed to open on Tuesday from 05:00 PM to 07:00 PM for stock checking only.

Any violation of this order shall invite punitive action under section 188 of Indian Penal Code and other relevant sections of Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897 and Disaster Management Act, 2005.

 

Senior Superintendent of Police, Reasi shall implement this order in letter & spirit.
