Medical Shop operation suspended after store owner refused to exchange machine
Jammu- Yesterday a ruckus was reported in Bakshi Nagar after a medical store refused to install a 55,000-pipe pipe machine. The family who bought the machine have suspected that doctors have already announced that the machine is embarrassing but the shop owner refuses to install the machine. The shopkeeper did not give the customers the right amount of money but, rather, gave them a store visitation card stating the price.
After the news broke, a drug controller arrived at the store and stopped the operation. Speaking to the media, drug manager Sanjay Bhatt said: “I have received a call from my official that a customer is being harassed in the area. We arrived at the store and under illegal trading practice, we stopped the operation of the store. ”
One official said "within 10 minutes we phoned the sop and started investigating the matter. After the shopkeeper was found guilty he immediately took action and asked the shop owner to refund the money. "
The shop owner said “family members came to my shop at 11am and told me they couldn't use the machine. That being said only a professional can make a machine work. I then contacted the distributor in Delhi and got family members to talk to the engineer. Family members then seized the machine but did not call the engineer.
Later they came back and asked us to change the used machine. They used a covid patient machine. How can we get the machine back? Then a drug dealer came to my shop and demanded that I return their money. We have also asked them to take the relevant bill but they have refused to take on debt. ”
