Probationary Sub Inspectors being technocrats played a Vital role in this manual to technology switch-over by assisting old experienced Investigating Officers by being a link between CCTNS desk staff and the old experienced minds of Investigators. Enthusiasm of PSI’s infused energy in the progress like a ‘fresh-blood’ in the body of police stations.
This feat has been achieved by association of Investigating officers who have risen from ranks with the directly recruited Probationary Sub Inspectors followed by Day-&-Night, round the clock working rosters on CCTNS-desk of police stations.
Station House Officers and Muharar-ASI/Head Constables of Police Stations kept providing all logistics and moral support including arrangements of mid-night tea-coffee for officers working on CCTNS during their shift hours.
CCTNS data entry operators were rationalised through out the district at Police Station level. Concerned Additional Superintendents of Police and Sub-Divisional Police Officers Supervised the day-and-night work & kept SSP apprised about the progress & all the issues, who was monitoring the whole process through Whatsapp group. Being final decision maker in the district, redressd all the issues by passing directions on real time basis even during late night hours on daily basis.
