kmph) very likely at isolated places over Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi; with lightning, hail , gusty wind(speed reaching 30-40 kmph) very likely at isolated places over Jammu, Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, north Rajasthan, Odisha and Telangana.
