Schedule and Instructions for filling examination forms for June-July 2021 end semester examination 

 

 
 
Bathinda:- Examination Forms for June-July 2021 (all batches) exams will  filled online for all batches on www.mrsstuexam.com. The detailed schedule is as follows: 
 
(fees @ Rs. 1000/- per sem. from 2019 batch onwards) 

(fees @ Rs. 700/- per sem. for other batches) Dates Fee Deposition 

1. Filling & locking of examination forms without late fees 15/06/2021 22/06/2021 Fee shall be deposited directly 
by the students online 

2. Filling & locking of examination forms with late fees of Rs. 1000/- per form 23/06/2021 24/06/2021


3. Filling & locking of examination forms with late fees of Rs. 2000/- per form 25/06/2021 26/06/2021 
 
 
 
4. Filling & locking of examination forms with late fees of Rs. 5000/- per form After 26/06/2021
 
Important Points 

• Admit cards shall be generated through software by the concerned HOD. The Admit card can be generated after 26/06/2021. The students can appear in the exam only if admit card is generated. HOD must ensure the generation of admit card before the start of examination. 

• A student can appear in maximum 05 reappear theory subjects along with his/her regular examinations. 

INSTRUCTION FOR FILLING OF FORMS 


1. Up-gradation of students, filling of elective subjects and filling of groups are compulsory before the form filling can be done. 
 

 
2. The examination form (Regular / Reappear) of student will be filled directly by the student in his ID. The student shall fill the form, save, make the payment and lock the form. 


3. The payment should be done preferably by net banking, debit card / credit card. If the payment is made through UPI mode, it will be confirmed after 24 hours. If the payment is a success, the students should not fill the fees again. He/she is required to send email at supportexam@mrsptu.ac.in along with the details and receipt of payment. 


4. Roll Nos. can be downloaded in the student ID after the same has been generated by the HOD. 


5. If a student wishes to modify the Regular form, he can unlock the form for correction. Correction fees of Rs. 700/- shall be charged each time the form is unlocked. No online correction shall be allowed after 26/06/2021. Students are advised to fill their forms very carefully and check all the details before making payment. 
 
 
 
6. No modification / correction is allowed in reappear form after the candidate has filled the form and made payments. So, it is advised that it should be filled very carefully. The candidate can give reappear examination only in 05 theory subjects irrespective of the semester. 


7. All the results for Dec 2020 session shall be declared latest by 20th June 2021. The students should fill the reappear form only after the results are declared. 
 
 
 
8. Student will retain the copy of examination form and admit card and later on deposit with his/her institute when the COVID-19 situation improves.
