Car driver run away from petrol pump after filling petrol of Rs 500
An incident happened at Kala Gate No. 4 Petrol Pump, Bari Brahamana on Tuesday evening where a driver in a white coloured Maruti Suzuki 800 car with vehicle number JK21A2026 visited the Pump for oil filing. As the worker was about to collect money, the driver raced the car and dragged the worker.

The happening has been recorded in the CCTV camera at the Petrol Pump. However, the worker has been injured.
“It was around 8:30 at night and as usual the car driver appeared as a customer. After filling the oil tank for Rs. 500, I handed over the keys and asked for money. Instead of paying, the driver started the vehicle and escaped. I tried to chase him but couldn’t.” the Petrol Pump worker said
“The passenger in the car held my arm and I was dragged with the vehicle. It fractured my arm, injured my leg and back. I haven’t faced such mishap ever in lifetime.” He added
Such occurrences of theft and dishonesty have become a threat to a common man in Jammu city. J&K Police needs to take a strict action against such people.
