DC Reasi conducts an extensive tour of Reasi town,inspects District hospital, Ghayalla Pumping station and Seela Grid station Reasi

While inspecting District Hospital , directs  for completion of IPD block within stipulated time frame, and to provide hassle free treatment and medical care of the patient

 DC issues on spot orders to the concerned authorities to increase the vigil against illegal mining and to ensure uninterrupted water supply while inspecting Ghayalla pumping station

 Directs for completion of remaining work of Seela Grid station on fast track basis.

 Directs for providing proper electricity and water supply so that public could not suffer due to ongoing monsoons. 

REASI:  The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Charandeep singh  today conducts an extensive tour of Reasi town .As part of this tour first visited District Hospital Reasi and took stock of the functioning of the hospital.

During the visit, the DC inspected various sections of the hospital including OPD, IPD,CT scan,X-Ray section including emergency block.while interacting with the staff,DC inquired about the working  of the hospital including the standard of facilities provided to the patients and directed the concerned  Officers to ensure hassle free treatment and medical care of the patients.

DC also checked the duty roaster of the employees and while inspecting the  progess on ongoing work of IPD block directed the concerned authorities go for its timely completion. He also stressed on strict adherence to all SOPs related to Covid-19 in the Hospital.

Meanwhile, DDC visited the  Ghayalla pumping station  following the grievances against water depletion due to illegal mining. while Inspecting Ghayalla water source which is the main supplier of water to the entire Reasi Town, DC directed the mining department to carry out excavation as per norms so that water resources could not be depleted and also directed the Jalshakti and Pdd department to ensure proper water and electricity supply to the public so that they could face any shortage due to the ongoing monsoons including fixing of any leakage so that the water supply could get affected. 

Later on DC Charandeep singh also inspected the ongoing  work of the Seela Grid station, Reasi. The concerned officials present there apprised DC that 80% of the work is completed .DC directed the concerned to complete the remaining  work on a fast track basis so that  the general public  of Reasi could get benefitted from this ambitious project of electricity supply.
