Online Application Forms were invited from the eligible candidates for admission to 12th based Paramedical courses (PM/GNM/ANM/MRT) including GNM Lateral Entry in the Government/Private Paramedical Institutions of the Union Territories of J&K/Ladakh. of deficiencies.
In view of COVID-19 pandemic, the Board vide above referred notifications/notices has given ample time to the candidates for filling up online Application Forms and removal The Board is now at the final stage of the admission process to the aforesaid courses and a Provisional Merit Lists (PML) of the eligible candidates who have filled up the forms and removed the deficiencies, by submitting the requisite documents has been prepared and are annexed as Annexure ‘A’ & Annexure “B” to this Notification, which shall be available on the BOPEE website www.jkbopee.gov.in only, with an intent to place the same in the public domain to call for objections, if any, in this regard so that the process pertaining to the admission i.e. filling up of the seats is completed well in time. The Annexure “B” pertains to those candidates who have applied for GNM Lateral Entry Course.
1. Keeping in view the prevailing circumstances and the lesser number of competing candidates to pursue the courses (PM/GNM/ANM/MRT), the Board has decided that there will no written test and the provisional merit list of the candidates has been prepared taking into account their marks in the qualifying examinations. For the applicants having equal marks/percentage in the qualifying examinations the resolution of their tie has been decided to the basis of their date of birth, followed by the first alphabet of their names.
2. The applicants whose result is awaited have been included at end of the Provisional Merit Lists; however their actual Merit shall be reflected in the Final/Operative Provisional Merit List once the Board receives their qualifying Marks Certificates issued by their respective Boards.
3. The Board has received letter from Secretary, J&K Sports Council in which they have recommended few eligible candidates who have applied for 12th Based Paramedical Courses-2021 under Sports Category and their names under Sports Category are included in Provisional Merit Lists as per their merit shown. Further, the other candidates who have applied under sports category but their names are not recommended by Secretary, J&K Sports Council have been kept in Open Merit (OM) category.
4. The candidates whose category certificates are either expired or shown deficient and have to clear their deficiencies upto 5th August 2021(as a last chance),failing which, they shall automatically be converted in Open Merit.
5. The Board has provisionally approved the forms of candidates who have uploaded D.O.B certificate other than 10th class marks card and failed to uploads Domicile certificate and their names are also included in the Provisional Merit Lists, but with the condition that they shall have to produce D.O.B & Domicile Certificate at the time of Counselling/admission to concerned College/Institute, if selected, otherwise their candidature shall be rejected.
6. Objections, if any, raised by the candidates, enlisted in the Provisional Merit Lists, can either be submitted in person at the Board office Jammu/Srinagar during working days till 5th of August, 2021 upto 4.00 p.m. or through e-mail at bopeehelpdesk@gmail.comfailing which no claim(s) shall be entertained by the Board under any circumstances.
7. In case no objections are received within the cutoff date fixed by the Board, the Provisional Merit Lists shall be deemed to be the final.
8. However, the PML shall be Operational only after updating the Marks/Score of the deficient candidates and any other pending deficiency cleared by the candidates (mentioned in this provisional merit list) till the stipulated date/time and accordingly Ranks shall be allotted to the candidates once the Board clarifies the objections received.
9. The candidates must remain in touch with the official web site of the Board to remain informed about the Schedule of the counselling which will be notified shortly after the weeding out of objections, if any, raised by the intending candidates mentioned in the Provisional Merit Lists available on the official web site of the Board www.jkbopee.gov.in.
