How to Apply for Birth Certificate Online in Jammu Kashmir and Inclusion of Child name in the Existing Record
A Birth Certificates in Jammu Kashmir are issued by Municipal Corporation for areas within Municipal Limits and areas other than Municipal Limits are used by SHO, Executive Officer of Municipalities and by State House Officer (SHO) concerned in the Rural Areas. Birth Certificates can also be downloaded online from the Official Web Site of Housing and Urban Development Department and website which is newly launched Government of India serviceonline.gov.in
How to Get Birth Certificate in Jammu Kashmir online ?
1) Visit the official website of Service Plus Metadata-based integrated eServices serviceonline.gov.in/jammu
2) Register Yourself on this portal, Click on Register and enters details Full Name, Email id, Mobile No, Password and Click on Submit
3) You get OTP on your email as well as Mobile no. Kindly enter OTP and verify your Registration.
4) Now Log In your account by Entering Email id and Password and click on Log in
5) After Log In successfully, Click on left Side Apply for Services and then Click on View all available services.
6) On Next Page, There are lots of online services available on your screen, On Serial No. 7 Click on Application for Issuance of Birth Certificate and Inclusion of Child Name in the Existing Record
7) Application form page open on your screen, Fill form carefully select Local Body Details
