--At first, Students should have proof of permanent residence certificate from Jammu & Kashmir.

--Then, the applicant should have cleared 12th Class exams from J&K Board or CBSE affilated schools located in J&K state.

 

--Secondly, the family income of students should be not more than 8 lakh Rs per annum.
