Two Unknown assailants attack on Senior Advocate Surinder Kaur
Jammu: A senior advocate namely Surinder Kaur was attacked by two unknown assailants using sharp object(weapon) while she was walking her dog outside her residence at about 9.30 pm, Thursday in Last Morh area of Jammu Tawi City. She was immediately rushed to the GMC where she was admitted to the emergency ward. Doctors have diagnosed her with an injured shoulder. The onspot doctor informed that she had received stitches.
The Northlines has learned the two unknown assailants followed her on two wheeler and tried to hit her using the two wheeler they were on and then they took a u-turn and tried to stab her in the heart but ended up cutting her on her shoulder.
Police have initiated an investigation. Several lawyers rushed the spot to check on the injured advocate and have warned of agitation in case of failure to trace the culprits.
