Heena Kouser JKAS Assumed the Charge of BDO Planger
Rajouri: Heena Kouser a JKAS officer of 2019 Batch today assumed the charge of Block Development Officer block Planger - Rajouri.
She was accorded warm welcome by BDC Chairperson Planger Parveen Akhter along with sarpanchs, panchs, PRIs, staff and members from civil society.
It is pertinent to mention that she is the first female KAS officer from Shahdra Sharief Rajouri. Her well wishers from Shahdra Sharief and Thanamandi including Sarpanch, Gridawar also came planger to welcome her and congratulated her on joining as BDO. Prior to this, she has also served in school education department as Lecturer in Zoology.
While interacting with media, she said that her office will be always open for public to redress their grievances and to fulfill their genuine demands. She urged upon the public to support her in making their block a model block. She said that her team will strive hard for effective and transparent implementation of various schemes of Rural Development Department.
