Mrs Nusrat Aziz Tehsildar Budgam works without electricity for Students Scholarship
Budgam: Despite heavy rain and no electricity in office, Tehsildar Budgam, Mrs Nusrat Aziz has been seen on toes to finish income and category certificates of students for scholarship.
She has been working for extra hours since last 10 days as the scholarships are very important for students during these tough times, said Nusrat.
In last 10 days we are done with 6500 certificates and don't have any pending certificates now, she added.
