All are requested to send the email to the concerned department/ cell as per details below so that the concerned matter is solved at the earliest:


1)For  Examination Form Filling/correction in Examination Forms.  

 Admit Cards.

  Conduct of Examination (except Question Paper Transmission). 




2) For   Revaluation related.  

 Payment of Bills for Examination Centre(s), Evaluation of Answer sheets/Revaluation. 

 Establish/Change of Examination Centre.

 Examination material requirement at Exam. Centre. 

 Any discrepancy in answer sheets etc.




3) For  Result related issues. 




 4) For  Provisional Degree Certificate (PDC). 

 Transcript.
 Migration Certificate.
 Attestation of DMCs/Degrees.
 Verification of Qualification. 
 Issue of DMC. 
 Bonafide Certificate. 
 Backlog Certificate. 
 Medium of Instructions. 
 Duplicate Certificate. 
 Correction in Certificate/document. 
 WES verification related documents. 
 Verification of documents from other departments.



It is to be ensured that the mails should not be sent or copy to any other email ID & moreover the mail should be sent to the relevant section only.
