No Train Fare, No tents from Jammu Kashmir Govt : Non-locals run away from Kashmir
Jammu: Two days of staying outside Jammu Railway Station, the non-local labourers from various states who ran away from Kashmir have complained about their miserable conditions.
According to the non-locals, it’s been two days they are staying in the sun inside a park, and the Government isn’t providing them basic facilities like food, water or shelter.
“The security forces made us run from Kashmir for our lives. We were forced to leave our work and now are struggling for food. The train tickets are unavailable, children are crying in the sun, and Police isn’t allowing us to move.” said a person.
Warehouse Traders Federation and Khalsa Aids arranged food for these people today while they asked Government to take steps for them.
The Jammu Kashmir Deputy Commissioner Anshul Garg also visit at Railway station where Warehouse Traders Federation host langar for non-locals.
