Jammu: Jammu Kashmir Honble Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha launched Land Records Online Portal in which the peoples of whole Jammu Kashmir View and Download Land records documents Online “Apni Zameen Apni Nigrani” Land Records Information System (LRIS) and made available land records online. 

About JK Land Records Portal:-

“Land Records Information System” (LRIS) is web based multi-tiered, scalable, reliable, and secure network enterprise application. The LRIS is Integrated,  Information System (GIS) based decision support system to cater 24/7 services to JakLRMa agency user, state public user, special agency external user for analysis, evaluation and information of revenue records and its ancillary details like Records of Rights, Jamabandi, Girdawari, Mutation and many more.

How to Download JK Land Records Document 2021

Step 1) Visit Official Portal of JK Land Records https://landrecords.jk.gov.in/

Step 2) After Click on Given above link, the website is open on your screen.

Step 3) Click on Right side Login icon, After Click on Login five user option is available on screen. 

Step 4) Click on Public User, New User Login Area is Display on your screen. 

 

Step 5) Create New account, Enter Personal Details.

i) First Name/ Last Name

ii) Mobile number

iii) Email Id

iv) Address

v) District

vi) Tehsil

vii) Village

viii) Username

ix) Password

Fill above details carefully and Click on Sign Up

Step 6) After Create New Account, Log in your account.

Step 7) After Log In, Click on Land Records.

Step 8) Filter Document and Select your District, Tehsil and Village. 

 

Step 9) Document List is Display on your screen, (Jamabandi, Girdawari, Mutation) with year and pages of book.

 

 

Step 10) To View your document click on PDF icon after that your Land Document Book is view on your screen. 

 

Step 11) Search your Khasra No. by click on Search icon left top. 

 

Step 12) Click on Print button to download your Land Document. 

By following given above steps you can view or download your Land Records Document.
