Hiring of Medical Officers (Community Health Officers) – AYUSH on contractual basis under National Ayush Mission. Applications are invited from eligible candidates for hiring of Medical Officers (Community Health Officers)- AYUSH on contractual basis under National Ayush Mission, J&K as per the details given below.
Application forms complete in all respects can be submitted in the Directorate of Ayush, J&K Indira Chowk Jammu/Bemina Srinagar by or before 31-12-2021 (5 PM) expect Saturday(s) & Sunday(s). Remuneration : Monthly consolidated Remuneration Rs. 25,000/- plus Rs. 15,000/- per month as performance Linked Payment
Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s Degree in the concerned subject i.e. BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BNYS or equivalent from any Institute recognized by the National Systems of Medicine/National Commission for Homeopathy (as the case may be) and registered with J&K Board of Ayurvedic/ Unani/Sowa Rigpa (Amchi)/Yoga & Nephropathy or J&K Board of Homeopathy (as the case may be).
Age: Upto 45 Years
Selection Criteria:
Graduation = 80 Points on pro-rata basis.
Viva-Voce = 20 Points Selection of the candidate will be made on the basis of District wise merit.
However, in case of non-availability of candidate anywhere from UT of J&K will be considered.
Note: Possession of merit alone will not confer any right of the candidate of outside district for final selection against the post as Merit + Option regarding preference of the District will decide the final selection of the candidate for the Post of Medical Officer (Community Health Officer)-AYUSH
Terms & Conditions:
The candidate should be domicile of Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir. The engagement will be purely on contractual basis. Initial contract for hiring shall be upto 31-03-2022 and further extension on year-to-year basis will be subject to satisfactory performance of the contractual employee which will be evaluated by Director Ayush J&K (Mission Director National Ayush Mission J&K) & approval of the post by Ministry of Ayush, Government of India.
In case of poor performance, services of the candidate is/are liable to be terminated with one month’s prior notice. The Selection of the candidate will be made on the basis of District wise merit. However, in case of non-availability of candidate within Home District, candidate anywhere from UT of J&K will be considered.
This office shall not be responsible for inconvenience caused to anybody due to misleading/ false information made available by any other website and purportedly claimed to be associated with Directorate of Ayush, J&K, in any manner whatsoever. The number of vacancies are only indicative and may increase or decrease.
List of the self-attested documents to be attached with the application form :
Date of Birth Certificate.
Domicile Certificate.
Qualification Certificate/ Marks Sheet (as per Eligibility Criteria).
Registration Certificate of J&K Board of Ayurvedic / Unani / Sowa-Rigpa (Amchi) / Yoga & Naturopathy or J&K Board of Homeopathy (as the case may be).
Applications not falling in the prescribed eligibility/ selection criteria or without aforesaid documents shall be rejected outrightly.
