DC Reasi chairs a meeting of District Officers , Emphasized on Target Oriented approach from all Departments
Reasi: Deputy Commissioner Reasi Babila Rakwal today chaired a meeting of District officers regarding overall working of departments with major focus on targets achieving and to revamp the pace of all work and efficient public issues grievances redressal system of different departments.
On this ocassion, ADDC Jyoti Devi Salathia , ADC Abdul Star, CPO Sunita Kanchan, POICDs Renu Kumari, ACR Sanjay Badyal, ACD Anirudh Rai, CMO Rajeev Kumar Sharma, ARTO Rajesh Gupta, DTO Liakat Khan, CEO Mohd. Aziz besides others were also present.
Ms. Babila Rakwal directed different departments to highlight certain issues which could have an impact on public particularly related to water, Electricity, Road connectivity etc.
During the meeting, concerned officers presented the status of various developmental works undertaken in various sectors viz health, education, Rural development, PDD and various other departments.
While taking a sector wise review of various major developmental works, the DC emphasized for adopting a coordinated approach for achieving the desired results. She stressed to ramp up the pace of work so that all the undertaken projects are completed well within the stipulated time period.
While interacting with different officers, Babila Rakwal also directed the concerned departments to expediate the completion of public related work in a time bound manner and directed officers dealing with certain issues of urgent and immediate nature pertaining to public to tackle the same within a definite time frame.
Moreover, DC also stressed upon the concerned officers to identify the bottlenecks, if any and bring them into her notice so that they are sorted out as early as possible.
Meanwhile, DC sought cooperation from the concerned officers for developing the district from different perspectives pertaining to developmental concerns. She added that her focus shall remain on providing efficient and prompt public services besides establishing a vigor and effective grievance redressal mechanism. DC also emphasized for working with zeal and dedication while discharging official duties.
