After successful registration, log in with your ID and Password.

A form will be displayed in which you will have to enter all the information and your family information.
 


After filling in the information, upload the necessary documents and pay the necessary fee and submit the form.

Print the form for further reference and check your account after a few days and your labor card will be ready.
