The application process for the Constable posts in Jammu and Kashmir Police Department has ended on 02 April 2022. After that, the department will announce the date of the written exam. The department will issue the JK Police Constable Admit Card to the eligible candidates for the examination.
Call Letter will be issued through the official website only which will be available 10 days before the exam. Candidates will be able to download their respective hall tickets by entering their registration number and date of birth. A direct link to access the same will be provided on this webpage as and when it is available officially.
A few weeks ago, the Jammu and Kashmir Police Department released a recruitment advertisement for 2700 police constable posts announcing 1350 vacancies in two border battalions (one each in Jammu province and Kashmir province) and the remaining 1350 vacancies in women battalions (One battalion each in Jammu/Kashmir region). Application link was opened to the eligible interested candidates from 04 March to 02 April 2022.

Jammu-Kashmir Police Constable Exam Scheme
The J&K Police Constable selection process will comprise Physical Tests and written examination. After qualifying the physical test, the candidates will appear in the written examination.
The written test will consist of 100 multiple-choice objective type questions. The question paper will be of matriculation standard and will have questions on general awareness, general knowledge, mathematics, analytical aptitude and ability. Candidates will be given two hours to solve the JK Police Constable question paper.
JK Police Admit Card Details
JK Police Constable Admit Cards will be released in online mode only. There will be details including the candidate’s name, photograph, category, date of birth. Also, there will be examination centre name and exam timings etc on the admit card print. Candidates are required to check several details properly.
In addition, along with the JK Police Constable Admit Card print, candidates are required to produce a photo identity proof among Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter’s Card etc.
