UPSC Result 2021: Shabbir of Poonch did not give up, success kissed for the third time, credited parents and friends for success
Shabbir did his schooling in Poonch and after that he did BSc and MSc from Aligarh Muslim University. This was his third attempt to clear the Civil Services Examination and the first time in the interview. Shabbir is currently in Delhi.
UPSC CSE Final Result 2021: In the Civil Services Examination 2021, Parth Gupta of Jammu and Mohammad Shabbir of Lasana village of Poonch have passed. Angeet Singh, resident of Doda in Jammu division and Asrar Ahmed Kitchlu of Bhaderwah have also cleared the civil services examination.
