Vijay Kumar, manager of Elaqahi Dehati Bank, breathed his last as he was being rushed to hospital after the attack.

Srinagar: A bank manager, originally from Rajasthan, was shot dead by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir's Kulgam in the second targeted attack in the Valley in three days.
