One concerned, while speaking to Managing Editor, Cross Town News said that , he was in hard zone/out of station for last 15 years, applied for ATD, in first he gave 5 choices but thereafter he was asked again to give five more choices.

But, he added that, strange to mention here that out of his ten choices, six were kept vacant more than 3 to 12 months and applicant was posted out again to the out sation, which was rejected by many of the employees and was against the choices given as per ATD. 

More over there is no transfer policy when it comes to last posting before retirment of Teaching Staff.

 

Commissioner/Secretary issued an circular to clarify that he has nothing to do with transfers.

But the below orders show transfers have been made in same city & in a case in same school, by Comm/Secretary , which is evidient clear from the below snap shots.
