JKSSB | Court Orders Stay on Panchayat Secretary (VLW) posts – CHECK Full Details Here

Court Stay on VLW posts: Meanwhile, the respondents are directed not to fill up any vacancy of Panchayat secretary in Rural Development department in terms of Advt Notification No 3 of 2022, until and unless the cases of petitioners are considered for regularisation.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable within four weeks.

Requisite steps be taken within one week.

Meanwhile, respondents are directed not to fill up any vacancy of Panchayat Secretary (Level-2) (VLW) in Rural Development Department, District Cadre Kishtwar in terms of Advertisement notification No. 03 of 2022 dated 26.05.2022, unless and until the cases of petitioners are considered for regularization.
