Visit the official website of the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) at https://ssc.nic.in/ or the official website of Nodal CAPF (CRPF) at https://rect.crpf.gov.in

Physical Efficiency Test (PET):

For Male Candidates:

5 kilometers race to be completed in 24 minutes or less.

For candidates belonging to Ladakh region, 1.6 kilometers race to be completed in 6.5 minutes or less.

For Female Candidates:

1.6 kilometers race to be completed in 8.5 minutes or less.

For candidates belonging to Ladakh region, 800 meters race to be completed in 4 minutes or less.

Physical Standard Test (PST):

Height:

For Male Candidates:170 cms.

For Female Candidates: 157 cms.

 

Chest:

Only for Male Candidates.

Unexpanded: 80 cms.

Expanded: 85 cms.

Weight

 

Proportionate to height and age as per medical standards.
