J&K Govt orders to check building permissions of Commercial establishments , Where is implementation of one time exception?

Jammu: Commissioner Srinagar Municipal Corporation, Athar Aamir Khan(IAS) has directed the anti-encroachment and enforcements wings to check the building permission and registration of all the commercial establishments in the city.

The order further said that as per law any commercial establishment can run in Srinagar city only in a building which has a commercial building permission from the Competent Authority and only after getting the registration of the establishment from the Srinagar Municipal Corporation.

 J&K Govt vide Notification dated . 20.09.2017, H&UDD, J&K issued a notification to regularize all such building by compounding as one time exception , step appreciable by all, but was stayed by High Court vide order dated: 22.12.2017 in a WP No. OWP No 2115/2017,MP NO. 01/2017 , but Officers of J&K till day despite 06 years could not get the stay vacated from the Hon'ble Court by apprising the true facts & by filing applications for early hearings.
