Admission to the 12th Based Paramedical Diploma Courses (GNM, ANM, MRT, Paramedical Diploma) including D. Pharmacy Courses-2023
In order to finalize the Provisional Merit List for Admission to the 12th Based Paramedical Diploma Courses (GNM, ANM, MRT, Para-Medical Diploma) including D. Pharmacy Courses-2023, it is hereby notified for information of all the concerned candidates that all such applicants whose names are listed in Annexure-A to this Notification and who have not submitted their 12th class Marks Card to the Board, to submit the same physically at the BOPEE Offices Jammu/Srinagar within next four (4) days from the date of issuance of this notification during the working days. The candidates who may fail to deposit their 12th Class Marks Card within the prescribed time limit, the candidature of such candidates shall be automatically cancelled ab-initio on their own risk and responsibility. Further, the candidate(s) who have failed to submit their Reserved Category Certificates shall also be eligible to submit the same within the prescribed time failing which, he/she shall be considered under Open Merit subject to the condition they are eligible in the Open Merit.
The Board shall provisionally allow the candidates who have either deficiency in respect of D.O.B. or Domicile Certificate only to participate in the counselling process on their own risk and responsibility subject to the condition that they shall have to mandatorily produce all the requisite documents physically at the BOPEE offices Jammu/Srinagar during the counselling process failing which they shall not be allowed to participate in the counselling process.
The candidate(s) who have uploaded their Expired/Invalid Category Certificates or more than one Category Certificates, are advised to submit their Valid/Renewed Category Certificate issued by the Competent Authority, physically at the BOPEE offices Jammu/Srinagar till the last date specified by the Board subject to the condition that their Category Certificate should have been issued by the Competent Authority by or before the last date i.e. 31.05.2023 fixed by the Board for filling up of the Online Application Forms as mentioned in the various Notification/Notice/eInformation Brochure available on official website of the BOPEE, failing which they shall be converted into the Open Merit Category, if otherwise, found eligible under the said category.
The candidatures of the candidates who have not been found eligible by the Board or who have failed to upload any of the requisite documents till the last date prescribed by the Board for applying through the Online mode for admission are hereby rejected.
The candidates belonging to the PwD category are advised to check their sub category column as to whether PwD category has been mentioned therein and in case the same is not mentioned, in that event they shall report to the J&K BOPEE offices within the specified dates as mentioned in the Notification for getting the rectifications done wherever required, failing which they shall forfeit the benefit of the PwD category.
The Board has received a communication from the J&K Sports Council wherein they have recommended the name of only one candidate namely Mr. Abdul Hannan Bhat S/O Khursheed Ahmad Bhat who has been awarded by 01(one) sports point and hence accordingly rest of candidates who have applied under the Sports Category through the Online Mode have been converted/ treated into the Open Category.
The candidates figuring in Annexure-B to this Notification have failed to upload their 12th Class Marks Card up to the prescribed time line. Such candidates were provided an opportunity to submit the same to the BOPEE office vide Notice No. 018-BOPEE of 2023 dated 26.06.2023 but have failed to do so. Therefore, the candidature of such candidates is accordingly cancelled on their own risk and responsibility.
The candidate(s) who have filled their 12th Class Marks during the filling up of the Online Application Forms, but have failed to upload or submit the 12th Class Marks Card have been shown in the Deficiency column in the Annexure-A, are advised to clear the said deficiency well before the specified date otherwise their names shall not be included in the Provisional Merit List.
All the CDP candidates figuring in Annexure A to this Notification are advised to submit their CDP Priority certificate, if not submitted/uploaded earlier, physically at BOPEE offices Jammu/Srinagar within the specified time mentioned in this Notification
All the candidates are advised to remain in constant touch with the J&K BOPEE website for latest updates regarding counseling schedule and other important information with regard to the said course in their own interests as no E-mail or SMS shall be sent from the Board in this context.
No documents shall be accepted through the E-mail or WhatsApp format.
The Annexures-A and B to this Notification shall remain only available on the official website of the Board viz. www.jkbopee.gov.in
The other Terms & Conditions as notified by the Board through various Notifications /Notices/Information Brochure from time to time shall, however, remain the same in this regard.
