Final selection list for the post of Junior Staff Nurse/Junior Grade Nurse, Divisional Cadre, Jammu (Item No. 173), Health and Medical Education Department pursuant to Advertisement Notification No. 02 of 2021 dated 26.03.2021; Consideration of candidature of Mr. Aazim Nabi S/o Ghulam Nabi Shah at Sr. No 131 under OM category.
Kindly refer to this office letter No. JKSSB/Sel/Secy/2022-23/357-61 dated 28.02.2023, regarding the subject cited above, where-under the Selection List of candidates for the post of Junior Staff Nurse/Junior Grade Nurse, Divisional Cadre, Jammu (Item No. 173), of Health and Medical Education Department pursuant to Advertisement Notification No. 02 of 2021 dated 26.03.2021, among other posts, was duly forwarded to your department for further course of action.
In the aforementioned list, one post under Item No. 173 (Junior Staff Nurse/Junior Grade Nurse, Divisional Cadre, Jammu), at Sr. No 131 under OM category, was kept reserved by the Board, in its 220th Board Meeting, held on 16.02.2023, for clarification regarding whether the candidate who was otherwise featuring for the said post at above mentioned serial, having produced a temporary disability certificate, with 50% Temporary Locomotor Disability, issued by Medical Authority Budgam bearing No. JK0210619980008618 dated 05.05.2021, had availed compensatory time or not.
Consequently, the matter was taken up with the ECA concerned (NSEIT), which in its report has stated that the aforementioned candidate had not availed any extra/compensatory time for the said exam and the same was deliberated in the Board in its 236th Board Meeting and the Board decided to fill up the reserved slot with the candidature of Mr. Azim Nabi, S/o Late Ghulam Nabi shah, DV No. 298 KMR, Application No. 439629.
Accordingly, the undersigned is directed, to convey the above decision of the Board with regard to consideration of candidature of candidate namely Mr. Aazim Nabi S/o Ghulam Nabi Shah at Sr. No 131 under OM category for the post of Junior Staff Nurse/Junior Grade Nurse, Item No. 173, Divisional Cadre, Jammu, Health and Medical Education Department pursuant to Advertisement Notification No. 02 of 2021 dated 26.03.2021. The other terms and conditions as conveyed vide this office letter No. JKSSB/Sel/Secy/2022-23/357-61 dated 28.02.2023, shall remain the same.
