JKSSB Notification Regarding Syllabus of Various Posts 2023
Advance notice for conduct of OMR Based Written Examination for the various posts.
It is hereby notified for the information of candidates that J&K Services Selection Board (31(558) is scheduled to conduct the written test for various posts, tentatively on 24-12-2023 as per the details given in Annexure “A” to this notice.
The exact dates along with the schedule for downloading of admit cards shall be notified separately in due course of time. This is an advance notice for the information of concerned candidates.
The syllabus for examination for the post of Chemist (Finance Department), notified vide No. SSB/Secy/Sy1/2021/498-501 dated 19.01.2021 is annexed herewith as Annexure “B”, with the modification that distribution of marks shall be 120 marks instead of 100 marks. The question paper shall comprise of 120 questions to be attempted in 02 hours duration.
The syllabus for the examination for the post Driver/Driver-II/Tractor Driver and Truck Cleaner are annexed herewith as Annexure “C”.

Ratio & Proportion, Square roots, Averages, Interest, Basic algebraic.
(ii) Graphs of Linear Equations, Triangle and its various kinds of centres, Congruence and similarity of triangles, Cirde and its chords, tangents, angles subtended by chords of a cirde, common tangents to two or more circles, Triangle, Quadrilaterals, Regular Polygons, Circle, Right Prism, Right Circular Cone, Right circular Cylinder, Sphere, Heights and Distances, Histogram, Frequency polygon, Bar diagram & Pie chart, Hemispheres, Rectangular Parallelepiped, Regular Right Pyramid with triangular or square base, Trigonometric ratio, Degree and Radian Measures, Standard Identities, Complementary angles.
5. KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTERS
(i) Basic Applications of Computer and its component.
