Anish Gouraha takes over as Head of NHPC’s Salal Power Station Reasi

Reasi/Jyotipuram: Anish Gouraha, General Manager (Electrical), NHPC has taken over as Head of NHPC’s Salal Power Station on 01.12.2023. Before joining Salal Power Station, he was working at Design (E&M) Division, NHPC’s Corporate Office and was looking after Detail Engineering of E&M packages of Kishanganga and Tessta-VI projects of NHPC.

Mr Gouraha is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from GEC Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh

and has also completed MBA (HR). He joined NHPC in the year 1997 at Salal Power 

Station itself. After his first posting, Mr Gouraha was posted at Tattapani for survey works of Geothermal Project till 2004. He further worked at Design (E&M) Division NHPC’s Corporate Office, wherein he was involved in Detail Engineering of E&M packages of NHPC’s Subansiri Lower, TLDP-III, TLDP-IV projects. Further, he got posted at Uri-II Power Station. After his joining at NHPC’s Salal Power Station he interacted with Head of Departments of the Power Station and motivated everyone to keep working with utmost commitment and 

enthusiasm.
