How to apply for agriculture certificate in Jammu and Kashmir @Jansugam Portal J&K
Jammu Kashmir recently launched few online services in which Agriculture Certificate services is also available online on Jansugam Portal of jammu Kashmir. We have show detailed steps given below.
Application for Agricultural Certificate under Section 133 H of J&K Land Revenue Act, (Samvat) 1996
1) Visit the official website of Service Plus Metadata-based integrated Jansugam Portal https://jansugam.jk.gov.in/
2) Register Yourself on this portal, Click on Register and enters details Full Name, Email id, Mobile No, Password and Click on Submit
3) You get OTP on your email as well as Mobile no. Kindly enter OTP and verify your Registration.
4) Now Log In your account by Entering Email id and Password and click on Log in.
5) After Log In successfully, Click on left Side Apply for Services and then Click on View all available services.
6) On Next Page, There are lots of online services available on your screen, Click on Application for Agriculture Certificate
7) Application form page open on your screen, Fill form carefully select District, Tehsil & Villaage
8) Fill Applicants Details Who is applying, Name of the Applicant, Email Id, Mobile no.
9) On Next, Fill Select Village * ---

Total land in Ownership and Cultivation (In Kanal / Marla / Sq. ...

10) Read Declaration and click on Submit Enter all the fields in the application form and click on SUBMIT button.
11) In the next page, you will be asked to ADD ANNEXURES. Click on ADD ANNEXURE button and upload ANNEXURES (Size of each not more than 1 MB, JPG/PDF only).
11) In Next Page you have to upload documents Scanned Identity/Address Proof of Applicant, Ration Card, Aadhar Card (Front & Back both sides) etc other document required for birth/death certificate are required to be uploaded.
12) Scanned Copy of both sides (Front & Back) of Aadhar/Voter card is mandatory if attached as Identity/Address proof of parents or applicant or deceased. Otherwise it will be rejected.
13) All the fields marked with "*" are mandatory and cannot be skipped.
14) Add all the required annexures and preview your application and once satisfied only then click on SUBMIT button. EDIT function can be used to edit application.
15) Your application form once submitted will generate an acknowledgement indicating your Application Reference Number and same will be intimated through SMS/e-mail.
16) After submission, scrutiny of documents/application started. If the application is rejected by the authority, the same shall be intimated through SMS/e-mail.
17) Login and download rejection certificate and the reason for rejection is mentioned at the end of the Rejection Certificate and then proceed accordingly.
18) If there is any deficiency in the required documents then the opertor will sent the application back to the applicant for re-submitting of required document.
19) If application is Approved, an intimation of online payment link (Rs. 0/-) shall be conveyed through SMS and e-mail.
20) Login and click on Take action button at home page and then click on the payment hyperlink "Click here" to proceed for online payment of fee.
21) Payment of application can be done via Credit card, Debit card, UPI and Internet Banking.
22)After successful payment, a digitally signed birth certificate will be issued and that can be download by logging into your account and then clicking on TRACK APPLICATION STATUS and then click Delivered button to download the final certificate.
Note: The above process will take 2-7 working days.
