The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board has released the Provisional Selection List for 855 posts of Junior Engineer (Civil) in the Public Works (R&B) Department. The recruitment drive was initiated through Notification No. 06 of 2022 dated 11.11.2022.

The category-wise breakdown for these positions is as follows:

– OM: 428

– SC: 68

– ST: 86

– OSC: 34

– ALC/RBA: 34

– PSP: 85

– EWS: 35

– Total: 855

The eligibility criteria for these positions include a 3-year diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute, a Degree in Civil Engineering, or AMIE Section (A&B) from India.

The OMR-based Written Examination was conducted on 19.11.2023, and the result/score-sheet was notified on 07.12.2023. The subsequent Document Verification process took place from 13.12.2023
