In compliance with these regulations, Prof. Yedla formally submitted his resignation before the Department of Higher Education, Government of India, seeking release from his responsibilities as the Director of NIT Srinagar.

The outgoing Director, Prof. Yedla leaves behind a legacy of discipline, accountability, and positive change. During his eight months at the helm, his strict yet fair approach to discipline and commitment to rule-driven administration earned him both respect and admiration.

He successfully implemented reforms that brought greater accountability and transparency to the institute, laying the foundation for its continued progress. (KDC)
