Jammu, Feb 01: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has Ordered a massive and significant transfers within the civil administration in anticipation of the Model Code of Conduct for the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections. 230 KAS Officers have been transferred by the Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
