DC Office Jammu to refer fraud case to Crime Branch

Jammu, June 26: One case of issuing fraud permission, issuing of fraud fards of one plot at various far off spots & thereafter detecting illegality DC Office itself cancelled permission along with 04 mutations.

It is to mention here that one attorney holder has requested DC Jammu to declare 14 Marla land as State Land as is in excess for which mutation of 31 Marla mutation stands cancelled, out of which 17 Marla declared in one innocents case since 7 months.

Source said that DC can refer the said case to Crime Branch.
