2. Infrastructure Development
Six new helipads will be constructed across Jammu and Kashmir to improve helicopter services for residents and tourists.
A budget of ₹10 crore has been allocated for this initiative to enhance connectivity in remote areas.
7,886 kilometers of road have been constructed under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY), with more expansions planned by 2025.

The financial assistance under the Marriage Assistance Scheme has been increased from ₹50,000 to ₹75,000 to support economically weaker families.
200 units of free electricity will be provided to Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) beneficiaries, offering relief to low-income households.
Women in Jammu and Kashmir will be eligible for free bus rides in government buses and e-buses starting from April 1, promoting gender-inclusive transportation facilities.
